I received the Fatboy 48 gun model recently and bought it off the website. It arrived missing the pin on the top so a service call was needed so I missed work. When they arrived and opened up the door, the missing pin was hanging loose. I guess they forgot the retaining ring in QA. While the door was open I discovered that there were areas that were missing fiberboard in case an upgrade was installed. I am concerned that it lessens the fire resistance of the door. Otherwise, its OK but I probably should have opted for a higher-end model from a local dealer where I could have more closely examined what I was buying.

Quality safe. I had it inspected by a locksmith when i had the combo changed and he gave an unbiased assessment. When I told him the price, he said it was a good buy in his opinion. I think so too. The only complaint, is the quality of the interior shelving brackets -- not very well secured and slightly uneven.
