Shipping Rates:

All orders over $150.00 ship for free!

Safes over 150 lbs. typically ship via a freight company and unless you upgraded the delivery to our white glove service your order will arrive on a big rig tractor trailer with a liftgate. If you live in a rural area, condo or apartment complex your home must be accessible for the freight company to deliver your order.

Your product will be delivered by a third-party freight company. When the carrier calls, please be sure to make delivery arrangements that fit your schedule. You (or a designated person) are required to be present at the agreed upon delivery date.

Deliveries are typically Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (local time) although this can vary with each freight companies’ local terminal operational hours.

As with all products delivered by carriers, there is typically a 4-to-8-hour delivery window and can extend beyond that time depending upon the local terminal’s operational hours.

For smaller items under 150 lbs. these normally ship via ground service by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. UPS and FedEx shipments cannot ship to a PO Box.

We do not ship outside of the continental United States.

Please note if you order multiple items, they may not all ship from the same location or time. You will receive a ship confirmation email for all items ordered.

We do offer White Glove Service for most safes over 150 lbs. Vault Doors and some Gun Cabinets are excluded from this service.

Our Gold service includes delivery by a third-party service provider which includes ground level, one or three steps into your home. Removal of shipping rails/legs, pallet, and dunnage.

Safes over 650 lbs. require a custom quote, please email us at sales@gunsafes.com the safe you’re interested in purchasing, along with your full shipping address, images from the front of your home leading to the placement of where you wish the safe to go. Bolt down service is not included.

Our Platinum service includes everything mentioned above but does include stairs and is available in most safes under 1500 lbs. depending upon your service location. We would need the safe you’re interested in purchasing, your full shipping address, and images from the front of your home to the stairs. Pictures of the top/bottom staircase and if there is a landing or any turns dimensions would also be required. Email this information to sales@gunsafes.com

Our Bronze service is for the delivery into your garage. Your driveway must be concrete or asphalt no gravel driveways. Must be flat, minor grades are acceptable. No pallet/shipping rails/legs or debris removal is included. Service is limited to safes under 600 lbs.

Please be sure to take careful measurements and keep in mind for delivery there will need to be room for a man on each side of the safe, especially in hallways and staircases. In the case that the safe cannot fit into the desired area due to size or safety limitations, please have a suitable secondary location picked out for the safe’s placement. Please check to see if your tile, wood, or other flooring can handle the weight of the safe, If the flooring is not suitable for the weight of the safe, the safe may need to be placed in a different location. It is always ideal to have a secondary location in mind.
